The most crucial thing was that there was a piano placed in the hall.
Please, what is the point of putting a piano here, who is going to play it?
Though she was inwardly complaining, one had to admit, the whole entrance hall’s style was elevated immediately by this finishing touch, making Zhong Huilan feel a bit restrained involuntarily.
Zhao Yu and Linlin, on the other hand, hesitated even more, as they didn’t know about Tangchen Yipin, but they could feel the almost suffocating opulence from the surrounding decor.
Han Rui remained as composed as ever, seemingly oblivious to the peculiarity of the three behind him. He even deliberately paused to wait when the footsteps of Linlin and her mother slowed.
It wasn’t until they entered the direct elevator that Zhong Huilan managed to adjust her emotions. However, when the elevator reached the 47th floor and she stepped into another spacious foyer with two more elevators, she realized something was off.
"Three elevators per unit?"
Zhong Huilan blinked and inadvertently asked aloud.
Could this be right? Even for Tangchen Yipin, isn’t this configuration too excessive?
"The standard units have two elevators per unit, but Mr. Zhou purchased the penthouse duplex, our largest unit, so here the configuration is five elevators per unit, with the other two elevators at another entrance hall."
"Five... five elevators per unit?"
Zhong Huilan’s mind froze for a moment, as this term was just too niche for her imagination to unfold immediately.
Once she processed it, Zhong Huilan realized something else was off and exclaimed in surprise, "Tower King? Did ... Mr. Zhou buy the Tower King? How many square meters?"
"The registered area is 1206 square meters, with the actual usable area including the foyer being over 30 square meters more."
Han Rui replied with a smile.
square meters!!
Zhong Huilan, who was trying her best to stay composed, almost lost her cool.
Before coming, out of curiosity, she had found out about the current average price of Tangchen Yipin, which had decreased significantly over the years due to market trends, now around 300,000.
If calculated at this price, it meant that Zhou Wang’s apartment was nearly four small goals.
But Zhong Huilan knew the actual price was likely higher, because, according to real estate developer tendencies, the Tower King’s average price would usually be even higher, especially in Magic City where there is no shortage of strong buyers...
At this moment, Zhong Huilan felt somewhat envious of Linlin and her mother, who were looking confused. They had no concept, so they only had an innate timidity but didn’t realize where they were standing.
Just then, the entrance door opened automatically, and Xu Wenqian, who knew they had arrived, came out to greet them.
"Sister Huilan, you’re here... Linlin, hello, Sister Xiao Yu, you’ve finally awakened too. I visited you several times before, but you probably don’t remember."
Dressed in a well-fitted professional suit, Xu Wenqian smiled in delight and greeted everyone in turn.
"I... I do remember, Linlin also mentioned you, Miss Xu, thank you!"
Zhao Yu, looking reserved, quickly replied.
"It’s what I should do, no need to thank me, but are you sure about being discharged?"
Xu Wenqian asked, her eyes turning to Zhong Huilan.
"Sister Xiao Yu’s health condition is rather... special, and conservative treatment is the only option. Previously, because her medication was changed, her condition didn’t improve. In fact, as long as she keeps taking her medication, whether she stays in the hospital or not doesn’t make much difference. Regular check-ups are enough."
Zhong Huilan explained tactfully.
"That’s good, come in then... Housekeeper Han, thanks for your hard work. Oh, two more people will be coming later, they are Mr. Zhou’s personal health managers. Please assist in receiving them."
Xu Wenqian turned to Han Rui and then led everyone inside.
"Personal health managers? I’ve never heard of that profession before."
Zhong Huilan glanced around curiously and asked.
"Uh... they’re actually those two girls Yun Rou and Yun Lan, you met them during dinner that day. I just thought the title sounds nicer."
"Oh, it’s them..."
Zhong Huilan involuntarily pursed her lips. Seeing as this was Zhou Wang’s home, she refrained from saying anything offensive. However, upon reaching the large living room, she still didn’t see Zhou Wang and couldn’t help but wonder:
"Where is Mr. Zhou?"
"He..."
Talking about Zhou Wang, Xu Wenqian glanced toward the direction of the study on the second floor, her expression a bit worried, "Mr. Zhou went to the study last night and hasn’t come out since."
"Isn’t it almost noon?"
Hearing this, Zhong Huilan widened her eyes in amazement, "What is he doing, locking himself in the study?"
