"Qu Ruiqing, you have shown me your integrity, courage, kindness, and determination. You truly are a hero. I really like you, so consider what follows as a gift from me." Tianmiao’s voice suddenly spoke in Qu Ruiqing’s ear.
"What happened?" Qu Ruiqing stood up, ran to the window to see what was happening outside.
But after a tremor, it calmed down. However, there was a slight feeling of weightlessness.
"The Empire, the Empire... The Empire is moving!!!" Bai Bao suddenly screamed, "Little girl, the entire Empire has been lifted up. My God, this is crazy; such a thing could happen. It’s God, it must be God!"
"What? The entire Empire? Lifted up?" Qu Ruiqing was shocked, leaning against the window, trying hard to see clearly what was happening outside.
At this time, the alarm of the Empire sounded piercingly.
The screams outside were also sounding one after another.
A chaos!
"The entire Empire is flying! Haha, where is it flying to?" Qu Liufeng excitedly circled around the room, "Truly worthy of a deity, such a grand gesture. And we are the only ones who know the truth, this feeling is just great. What is God going to do? Throw the Empire into the ocean? Then wouldn’t we all be feeding the fish? No, no, God wouldn’t do that."
Qu Ruiqing quietly leaned against the window, looking outside, and suddenly said: "The Empire will fall from on high to the ground."
"What?" Bai Bao flew over and looked outside alongside Qu Ruiqing, "I can’t see it now, how do you know?"
"I just know. The Empire has been high above for too long, it should return to where it truly belongs. That is, on the ground." Qu Ruiqing said slowly.
Qu Liufeng fell silent, actually feeling that Qu Ruiqing made a lot of sense.
This little girl is not simple!
In the year 2626 AD, the world underwent a tremendous change.
On this day, it was recorded in history as the fall of the Empire and the disappearance of technology.
The once lofty Empire fell completely. It landed next to the Swamp District, and the two areas that were once as different as clouds and mud, were now placed side by side. And an even greater blow to the Empire was that all its technology disappeared overnight.
The Empire no longer had an artificial sun and fell into the mortal realm. It meant that they too would suffer the invasion of toxic fog.
However, fortunately, without the climate control devices, the sun could finally shine on this land, and the toxic fog would slowly disappear.
The Empire, with all technology gone, was even slightly behind the Swamp District. And the Empire District, which had always depended on the manufacturing supply of the Swamp District, now had no advantage to hold the Swamp District in check, and the Swamp District had more leverage for negotiations and trade.
It was something no one had anticipated.
At this moment, Qu Ruiqing finally understood what God’s words meant.
The gift that God gave her was to change the world, without burdening her with too much.
It was a tremendous gift.
Qu Ruiqing felt incredibly grateful in her heart.
Thank you, God.
I will certainly cherish your gift.
Qu Ruiqing gathered her emotions and threw herself into the new situation. The integration of the Empire and the Swamp will be a difficult and long process. But she is confident that this world will definitely become better.
Bai Bao also stopped operating, becoming a heap of scrap metal.
But Qu Liufeng lived.
