Chapter 1154 - 670: Mutation (Part 2)
Buzz～
With a deep and muffled sound echoing, the originally fiery and intense battle atmosphere in the entire sea zone seemed suppressed by an inexplicable force, with the temperature seemingly dropping a few degrees.
At this moment, a dilapidated, eerily emitting Ghost Ship, with ghastly green flames, slowly emerged from the sea depths like a Demon rising from the Sea of Netherworld.
The flames leaped, flickering with ominous light, reflecting the surrounding seawater in an eerie hue.
The hull of the Ghost Ship was in tatters, as if weathered by countless storms over the years, yet it still exuded an indescribable pressure.
Its appearance intensified the tension on the battlefield, making everyone tense with anxiety, uncertain of what the arrival of this Ghost Ship heralded.
Under the illumination of the ghastly green flames, the entire sea area seemed shrouded in a layer of mysterious veil, sending shivers down everyone’s spine.
Zhao Zhao and others had a grim expression. As commanders of Huaxia District players, they naturally knew this Ghost Ship was not part of their plan.
If it wasn’t theirs, then it must belong to the opponent.
The situation of this Ghost Ship was still unclear, but it appeared extremely dangerous, prompting Zhao Zhao to command all warships to disperse.
Simultaneously, a giant fireball suddenly appeared in mid-air, like a meteor from the sky.
Carrying blazing flames and destructive power, it fiercely crashed down towards a prepared warship.
Only a "boom" was heard as the fireball collided with the warship, exploding with dazzling light and deafening sound.
The front half of the warship turned into nothingness instantly due to the impact, with planks and fragments scattering, and the seawater being whipped into huge waves by this immense force.
The players on the ship, caught off guard by the sudden assault, had no time to react.
Some were directly blown away, while others were engulfed by the flames, leading to the death of most.
Simultaneously, several other warships also suffered from the strike of Special Power.
However, the warships themselves had Magic Protection, so these special attacks weren’t as powerful as that horrific fireball.
Thus, these warships were only slightly damaged but not severely affected.
But the warship hit by the fireball wasn’t so lucky, as it gradually sank into the sea.
Observing this scene, the faces of the allied forces turned grim.
These were their trump cards, originally hoping to wipe out at least half of Huaxia District’s warships.
But the outcome was quite disappointing to them.
These were precious Gold Rank items!
Could it be that the opponent’s warships are of the same level?
It’s too un-Divine Revelation!
Is White Dove Chamber of Commerce so generous to provide them with such powerful warships?
The coalition felt extremely frustrated.
The commander of Heavenly Sword looked at the Ghost Ship appearing in the center, which was a Secret Treasure they obtained at great cost from a secret realm.
This was their biggest trump card!
Originally possessing this trump card, Heavenly Sword was confident in the conquest of Blue Sea Mini World.
But now facing the powerful warships of Huaxia District, they could only hope that the Ghost Ship had some miraculous effect.
After the Ghost Ship appeared, it remained unmoving, like a ghost on the sea, quietly floating on the surface.
Its hull was broken, covered with marks of time, while the ghastly green flames flickered on it, emanating a chilling aura, seeming a vessel of death from the Netherworld.
Suddenly, the ghostly green flames appeared to gain life, spreading from the Ghost Ship.
Like the tentacles of a Demon, reaching towards all surrounding ships from mid-air.
Where the flames passed, the seawater was tainted with a strange green, as if the entire world was enveloped by this ominous power.
The players on surrounding ships were startled by this eerie scene, watching the spreading flames and quickly jumping into the sea.
All ships, upon contact with the eerie ghostly green flames, seemed grabbed by an invisible force, instantly halting their navigation.
They no longer swayed with the waves but froze in place, like snapshots frozen in time.
The ghostly green flames spread freely on these hulls, yet strangely, the hulls showed no signs of ignition.
The flames didn’t devour the wood or cause destructive damage as usual but fused with the ships in a strange manner.
The planks on the hulls began to exhibit ancient decay like the Ghost Ship, becoming mottled and weathered as if subjected to endless storms.
Over time, these ships increasingly resembled the Ghost Ship, losing their vitality and becoming lifeless.
The coalition fleet was the first affected, with nearby ships almost instantly engulfed by this ghostly green fire and continuously assimilated by the Ghost Ship.
Meanwhile, Huaxia District players trying to flee were unsuccessful in their attempts to evade.
Truly, the fire came too fast, and Zhao Zhao and the others had no time to defend as the warships were "infected" by the Ghost Ship’s flames.
When the ghostly green flames spread to the ships, the hulls erupted with bright magical brilliance.
Just like resisting previous magic attacks, resisting the corrosion of the ghostly green flames.
However, in Zhao Zhao’s view, the protective brilliance on the ships continuously dimmed under the corrosive flames.
If this were all, it would be tolerable, but more importantly, like the coalition’s ships, these warships were also frozen in the sea, unable to move.
"Good opportunity!"
From afar, Peanutton was thrilled upon seeing this, hurriedly intended to order everyone to attack while the Huaxia District’s warships were immobilized.
"You’re overthinking it. Their ships can’t move; neither can ours."
Odin shook his head beside and continued:
"Quickly have everyone jump into the sea!"
"Why jump into the sea?"
Peanutton was momentarily taken aback.
"Huaxia District’s warships can’t act, so they can’t stop us from landing on Rad Island."
"Once we are on Rad Island, these ships serve no purpose."
Odin calmly stated, and Peanutton understood immediately, hurriedly rescinding the order.
Watching the scene, Odin felt a bit regretful.
Huaxia District’s warships were severely countered by the Ghost Ship from Heavenly Sword!
Looks like this is Heavenly Sword’s victory.
Heh～
The name is completely opposite to the reality, Heaven and Ghost...
Odin sighed slightly.
Once again, it shows the power of America is more formidable. Hopefully, they will keep their promises to assist the European Zone in winning the next World Server small world contest...
Clap clap clap...
With the order given, the coalition players quickly jumped into the sea from the infected ships, displaying their abilities as they progressed towards Rad Island.
This eerie ghostly green flame had no effect on the players, so after the initial fear, they quickly calmed down.
Though still far from Rad Island, crossing the sea wasn’t a problem with their Silver Rank strength.
Not to mention with magical assistance.
Huaxia District players looked distressed.
The appearance of the Ghost Ship directly nullified their greatest advantage.
How to continue playing now?
Losing the ships was one thing, but losing Rad Island would be troublesome!
Zhao Zhao and the others were momentarily flustered, unsure of what to do.
After all, their numbers were far fewer than the coalition, and jumping into the sea to confront was futile.
At this moment, the sea surface on another side of Rad Island surged vigorously again.
Moments later, a group of fierce-looking, powerfully auraed Fishmen appeared on the sea surface.
The leading Fishman’s aura was more intense, viewing the chaotic situation in Rad Island’s sea with dissatisfaction.
With a casual wave, a roaring sound accompanied by a surge surrounded the battlefield with four mountain-like massive waves.
"Damn ants, who authorized you to wreak havoc in this sea zone?"
