Chapter 1141 - 664: World Server Opens
Blue Sea Mini World,
On the vast expanse of the azure ocean, the sea surface resembled a giant blue gemstone, gently rippling with tender waves, shimmering with a peaceful and profound charm.
Sunlight poured down through the gaps in the clouds, gilding this vast body of water with a layer of brilliant golden light.
In this boundless blue, a circular island stood quietly in the heart of the ocean, like a pearl forgotten by nature, isolated from the world.
On the island, a not-so-tall yet lush green hill stood proudly, its outline appearing particularly gentle and resilient against the backdrop where the sea meets the sky.
At the foot of the hill, the coastline on the east side sketched a warm and vivid scene.
A bustling and vibrant port town appeared on the shore, with colorful fishing houses and shops stretching along the pier, the air filled with the salty smell of seawater and the fishy scent of the catch.
Various kinds of ships were densely docked in the port, ranging from small exquisite fishing boats to large merchant ships laden with goods.
Some of these merchant ships were ready to set sail, others were arriving full, unloading their cargo, their masts’ flags flapping loudly in the sea breeze, composing a lively and prosperous harbor scene.
The busy figures of the fishermen shuttled between the decks and the docks, loudly urging to finish their work quickly.
Children played along the seashore, chasing the waves, their laughter resounding, adding a touch of innocence and harmony to the town.
But Little Bole was different; he didn’t play with the other kids.
He found those kids too childish; playing games every day, what’s the point?
For him, the vast endless ocean was obviously more interesting.
Since birth, he had been living on this island named Siel Island and had never left.
At most, he would sneak onto a fishing boat to the near-sea fishing grounds.
And even so, upon returning, he got a severe beating from his father.
After all, going out to sea is no simple matter.
The captain and crew must not only face the unpredictable weather on the sea but also constantly beware of attacks from ocean magic beasts.
So, sailing on the sea was quite a dangerous task.
However, numerous sea ships are the lifeline of this ocean.
They sail on the sea, bringing different goods to different islands, exchanging resources.
But those young people who boarded merchant ships from afar and left home rarely get the chance to return.
Thus, the elders on Siel Island did not want their children to choose such a perilous future.
Like them, isn’t it better to stay safely on the island, marry, have children, and finish this life?
Yet, in the end, many young people continue to join in the distant adventures.
To them, Siel Island was just too small.
From the sailors who came to Siel Island, they knew how vast the outside world was and how many exciting things awaited them.
And Boles was among them.
He once saw a minstrel disembarked from a beautiful little boat.
From the songs he sung, Boles heard those legendary stories.
The tales of warriors battling evil dragons in the sea, undead sailors on ghost ships, human heroes fighting alone through the undersea tribes for their mermaid lover...
Boles was extremely fascinated by these legendary stories.
When would he also have such exciting experiences like the protagonists in these stories?
Because of this, the dull and tedious life on Siel Island became increasingly unbearable for Boles.
However, in front of his parents, Boles did not continue to show interest in going on adventuring voyages.
After all, since the time he sneaked on a boat and got beaten, Boles realized one thing.
To want to go out to sea, he’s still too weak.
Even a big fish jumping on the boat could give him a hard slap, going to sea now would be suicidal, wouldn’t it?
He aspired to be a hero like Boles, not an unnoticed small soldier in the story.
Thus, to achieve this, Boles refused to play with friends and instead headed to the foot of the small hill at the center of the island every day.
Though not tall, climbing to the top was quite an effort for Boles.
This was Boles’ daily training.
Although it was very hard, compared to when he started, Boles felt he had become much stronger.
The first time Boles climbed the hill, he could at most reach halfway before running out of strength.
Whereas now, even though he still felt very tired after climbing, Boles had excess energy to continue exercising his body.
Continuing like this, when he becomes an adult, wouldn’t he become very strong?
At least when facing those sea magic beasts, he would have some ability to resist.
Boles looked at the port under his feet, and those ships sailing like grains of rice, and rubbed his somewhat sore arms and legs, then continued training with his wooden stick.
Now he had a little brother, with a brother at home, even if he dies outside and doesn’t return, his parents would still have someone to care for them.
When he grows up, he could sneak onto a ship and start the long-awaited ocean adventure.
He was destined to become the king of the seas!
Arranging himself according to the tips given by the sailor uncle living next door, Boles forcefully swung the wooden stick forward.
