Chapter 1170 - Boom I
Chapter 1170
The two Grimm Monsters attacked me and at the same time and their teamwork is impeccable, they have closed all my retreats, and if I tried to dodge or defend, I would get heavily injured or dead.
There is one small mistake in their perfect plan; they have underestimated my strength. They have estimated my power lower than my teammates, thinking I am above average lord, and it is their mistake.
A toothy smile appeared on my face as I dodged the sword of the first Scarlet Lionman by nick and appeared directly in front of the second Scarlet Lionman. As I did, I moved my sword toward its heart in an effortless motion.
Clang!
When my sword was just inches away from it, the bright runes appeared on its body, and its huge sword, which was quite a distance from my sword, appeared directly in front of my sword and defended against the attack.
"It is not easy to kill me, human!" I shouted and swung its gigantic sword, which I could easily dodge; the real challenge is the sword coming from behind. I gave the 2nd Scarlet Lionman a toothy smile and disappeared from my spot.
I appeared behind the first and Scarlet Lionman and attacked at times; my sword was three times faster than the earlier not to forget, I am very close to the Grimm Monsters when I attacked.
Shurr!
The blast of dense fire released from the mane of the first Scarlet Lionman that created a forcefield which pushed me back where the second Scarlet Lionman already had appeared, and now its sword is coming directly for my neck.
Runes inside brightened up, and I disappeared and appeared two ten meters away from both Grimm Monsters. "It is not easy to kill me, little lions," I said mockingly.
"Mocking, hun! I will see if you are still in the mood to mock when I pierce a rod through you and cook you alive in my Scarlet fire." Said the first Scarlet Lionman without a hint of anger before it came at me with its friend.
It is quite difficult to incite the anger from the Grimm Monsters trained to take such insults. Though my insults did not make it lose, its rationale does not mean it had not become angry by my mock.
Both of them have got very angry; they are just controlling it very well; they are clearly aware of the consequences of losing their mind in anger.
In the battle, one not only has to fight the enemy with strength but also with mind, and sometimes, when the strength of the two parties is very close, it becomes a battle of minds.
Those who have stronger minds have better chances to win the battle, and I am going to win it.
"Not before, I will turn you into the Crystals," I said and moved to attack them. As I did, the bodies of both of them started to shine, and their aura started to power up.
A Scarlet Armor appeared on the bodies of both, blazing with power; though the Scarlet Armor has appeared on both of their bodies, the color of them is slightly different.
The First Scarlet Lionman has the Armor of dark Scarlet color while the second Scarlet Lionman Armor is on the fainter shade of the scarlet, not to forget the different designs and aura they had, it is two different Inheritances.
Both of them have launched an attack at me; first Scarlet Lionman had thrown tens of meteor-like flames strikes at me while the second Scarlet Lionman had come with a flaming sword, and seeing how not a single fire meteor had been touching it, it is clear that they have impeccable teamwork and know each other very well.
"Die Human!"
Shouted second Scarlet Lionman as he came at me with the fiery meteors launched by the first Scarlet Lionman. Seeing it, I did not waste any time and use the rose cover.
I could have dodged it, but I did not; I want to kill these Scarlet Lionmen, not play with them. Green leaves came around me, and I moved fearlessly at the second Scarlet Lionman without care for dangerous meteors coming at me.
CLANG!
My sword clashed against its fiery sword, and I had accepted it without even a shake, which surprised it but not enough to linger on its place any longer; after the clash, it immediately as meteors are about to crash on me.
BOOM BOOM BOOM...
As the second Scarlet Lionman disappeared, the meteors crashed on me from above.
The attack is comprehensive; the meteors fell the way that they completely blocked all exit, not to forget the strange suppression released from them when they appeared above me, which suppressed all my movements and made me feel like I am in quicksand.
The Meteors crashed into me in great force; the power is so immense that even Elite Duke would get vaporized in such power. To be honest, I am quite shocked by the power these meteors had burst out with.
Meteor after meteor is crashing on me with immense force, and after each crash, it would make the scarlet fire surrounding me stronger, seeing that excitement and fear couldn’t help up appear on the mind.
Excitement because I am wondering if my most robust defensive measure is able to hold on or not and fear because if it did not then, I am super f.u.c.k.i.e.d; getting out without getting vaporized would be quite fear.
Meteors came, and my rose defended against them without any strain, hell it even started to suck the energy from meteor impact and fire around it to make itself even stronger till it got me an impregnable defense that even the last and most powerful meteor was not able to crack.
"Hahaha, dead that human bastard is dead, Cero no Duke had ever survived under your dread meteors." Second, Grimm Monsters said it first. It is very sure that the wretched of humans who dared to mock them is dead.
This attack of his friend is extremely powerful that whenever it struck true, it killed the enemy.
Its friend is also smiling with it, sure that its attack struck true when suddenly the smile on its face became stiff, and it opened its mouth to say something when it felt a sudden pain in its chest, when it looked down it saw a small sword sticking out of its chest.
"How di," It asked the question, but before it could fully come out of its mouth, it found itself slipping into oblivion.
"Your attack is quite great, for a second made me question my defensive move," I said with a laugh as I looked at the vibrant green-leaved swirling around me gently.
"You survived," It said in shock as it attacked me with another powerful attack, which had covered its hands in a crimson fire that spread into its sword.
"Hehe, another test," I said, and as I saw its attack and moved my sword to counter it if my defensive method survived this attack, I will be in its awe, and if it did not, I would get blasted by its pieces.
