Chapter 1183 - 685: Heart of Molten Fire
Sotiga Volcano,
Lis looked at the jet-black rocky mountain body and the crimson molten river of Sotiga Volcano before heading towards the center of the volcano.
Along the way, Lis could see many dwarves and the forging workshops they had established.
In fact, the environment of Sotiga Volcano is quite suitable for forging various weapons and equipment.
The Fire Element in the volcanic region is very active, which greatly assists the forging processes of the dwarf craftsmen.
Moreover, compared to other races, dwarves can endure more harsh environments.
The high temperatures of the volcanic area have no effect on them.
The scope of Sotiga Volcano is quite large, and the periphery is not designated as a forbidden area by the Dwarf Kingdom.
Therefore, many dwarf craftsmen come here to build a small workshop as their private forging place.
Of course, if unlucky and the small house is engulfed by the molten river, they can only accept their bad luck.
Even so, Lis entered Stealth State and slowly approached the main body of the volcano.
The core region of Sotiga Volcano is very likely inside that towering volcanic main body.
Coming here, one might accidentally be discovered by the setups left by the Dwarf Kingdom.
Lis could only be cautious to avoid being discovered.
Therefore, Lis now does not appear as the Dwarf Lisi.
Of course, he is also not in the appearance of a Human.
Currently, he is extraordinarily handsome, with golden short hair and eyes that seem to shine with the brilliance of the sun, but his long ears reveal his identity.
Lis is now disguised as a Day Elf!
Lis possesses the special skill [Sun Elf Blood], which allows him to easily disguise as a Day Elf.
This not only makes his appearance similar, but even his aura is indistinguishable.
Even if Alorotti Clan Leader Haddad appeared in front of Lis, he wouldn’t suspect Lis’s identity; he might only wonder why a Legendary Day Elf appeared inside the Dwarf Kingdom.
This Legendary Day Elf is one he doesn’t recognize.
Even the King of the Elf Kingdom could not distinguish him, Lis is confident that if he truly is discovered by the strong of the Dwarf Kingdom, they wouldn’t suspect Dwarf Lisi.
After all, the Dwarf Clan and Elf Clan are naturally at odds, and the most likely scenario is that they would seek trouble with the Elf Kingdom.
Although Lis is Mr. Sage of the Elf Kingdom, he feels no psychological burden undertaking this kind of thing.
Not a big deal, in fact, he doesn’t like the arrogant demeanor of the Day Elves.
In contrast, interacting with Moon Elves makes Lis feel more comfortable.
Lis has considered all potential accidents, and slowly gropes deeper into Sotiga Volcano.
...
Treading on the hard rocks beneath his feet, feeling the gradually rising temperature in the air, Lis has already reached the depths of Sotiga Volcano.
Lis has been very cautious along the way and hasn’t been discovered by the dwarves active in Sotiga Volcano.
But similarly, he hasn’t found any clues to entering the core area of the volcano.
This shouldn’t be happening~
Lis rubbed his chin, inspecting the surrounding environment.
His vision is superb, capturing all the things within over ten kilometers of the volcanic area.
In Lis’s view, the core of Sotiga Volcano should be quite important.
The Dwarf Kingdom and Dwarf Temple should have dedicated guards protecting the passage to the core area.
So as long as he discovers a place guarded by strong dwarf protectors, it should be the passage leading to the core region of Sotiga Volcano.
Once he finds the direction, Lis can figure out a way to sneak in.
Even if discovered, he can at least test the defenses of the core area a bit.
What’s with not finding the entrance to the core area?
Thinking about it, Lis looked at the volcano mouth about two hundred meters away.
Could it be at the volcano mouth?
Lis was somewhat unsure, but he decided to head towards the volcano mouth anyway.
The entrance might just be at the volcano mouth.
Even if it’s not there, he can still observe the might of the entire volcano from there.
Most importantly, Lis noticed that on the halfway up Sotiga Volcano, there were no privately built forging workshops by the dwarves.
Perhaps it was a requirement of the Dwarf Kingdom that no private workshops be built halfway up the volcano?
Making up his mind, Lis slowly climbed towards the volcano mouth.
However, as Lis got closer to the volcano mouth, an inexplicable pressure began to emerge slowly.
Lis was not unfamiliar with this feeling.
This clearly comes from the might of the Divine.
For ordinary people or Extraordinary Professionals below Legend, this brings a sense of vastness and holiness.
Under such pressure, most people would be unable to continue climbing much further.
And as he continued to climb, getting closer to the volcano mouth, this pressure grew stronger.
Of course, this was nothing to Lis.
Having undergone multiple Divine Power Baptisms and having achieved Legend, Lis could already ignore this level of might.
Lis had some understanding of why, despite the greater concentration of Fire Elements, there were no dwarf workshops built halfway up the mountain.
Even without the prohibitions of the Dwarf Kingdom and Dwarf Temple, under such pressure, the craftsmen couldn’t fully commit to forging.
However, if there is such pressure at the volcano mouth, the entrance to the core area is likely there.
Lis slowly advanced toward the volcano mouth while also slowly feeling the changes of this mysterious pressure.
During Lis’s ascent to the volcano mouth, nothing unusual occurred.
