Chapter 1158 - 672: Finale and Impact (Part 2)
These dozen or so warships, aside from paying the White Dove Chamber of Commerce a considerable amount of gold coins, also completely emptied the contribution points of all players in the Kunlun Team and the Embers of the Bonfire Team.
Therefore, the prize for winning the world server war is most deservedly claimed by the Kunlun Team and the Embers of the Bonfire Team.
Of course, if in the end, the two teams directly qualify for the world championship through the professional league, and if other teams earn the world server victory slot, they must also sufficiently compensate the Kunlun Team and the Embers of the Bonfire Team.
This was agreed upon before the alliance.
Victory has been achieved, what does Legend’s Beginning want to say now?
"You’ve misunderstood my point."
Legend’s Beginning noticed Zhao Zhao’s expression and shook his head saying:
"I meant on Lis’s side."
"Is there anything special about that?"
Zhao Zhao looked at Legend’s Beginning and asked calmly.
"No matter how you look at it, we won because that legend stepped in, and Lis would thus owe a favor."
"After this event, I personally feel both the White Dove Chamber of Commerce and Kane Floating City have more potential worth exploring for us."
"If this makes Lis dissatisfied, I find it inappropriate."
"So what do you want to do?"
Zhao Zhao nodded, pondered for a moment, and said:
"A legendary favor, I don’t think we can afford that price."
"That’s for sure."
Legend’s Beginning smiled and said:
"After all, we’re just silver, and it wasn’t our initiative after all."
"I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but ever since Kane Floating City and the White Dove Chamber of Commerce launched, they have been massively purchasing various rare extraordinary materials."
"Especially those extraordinary minerals and gemstones."
"I propose our two groups report this matter and concurrently donate some extraordinary materials to the White Dove Chamber of Commerce for free."
"In terms of value, it may not compare to a legendary favor, but at least it won’t make Lis feel like we’re causing him unnecessary trouble."
"After this event, a legend’s influence is more significant than we previously imagined."
"You wouldn’t want this event to lower Lis’s goodwill towards us, would you?"
Having said this, Legend’s Beginning was confident Zhao Zhao would agree to his plan, and he walked towards Han Xing who was calling for him.
Zhao Zhao was silent for a moment and shook his head.
It had to be said, he truly lived up to being Hua Xia District’s former top game strategy expert and professional player, as he hadn’t noticed this issue before.
Indeed, after this event, the players in the Hua Xia District realized that both Lis and Kane Floating City are massive powerhouses whose impact on players is far deeper than other extraordinary forces.
Since that’s the case, whoever has the highest goodwill with Lis will have a greater chance of benefiting in the future.
Kunlun Team and Embers of the Bonfire Team initially had the upper hand, and naturally want to maintain that advantage.
Legend’s Beginning’s intentions were clear, after all, the cooperation between Kunlun and Embers of the Bonfire Team went very well before, and the relationship between the two teams is good.
Thus, Legend’s Beginning naturally wanted to maintain this cooperation, trying to keep the benefits with the two teams.
The domestic competition rankings aren’t too important; Hua Xia District places more value on the world championship results.
However, collecting such extraordinary resources will require considerable funds again.
Zhao Zhao felt a bit of a headache.
Unlike the Kunlun Team, the Embers of the Bonfire Team, as a newly emerging top team in the Hua Xia District, although many wish to invest in Embers of the Bonfire, Zhao Zhao, who manages the team, and Liu’s Titan, remain cautious.
Although they have accepted some investments, the team’s leading authority still lies with them.
This eliminated external influence on the team, but also means that compared to other teams, both funds and materials are relatively lacking for Embers of the Bonfire.
Need to discuss this with Liu’s Titan.
Zhao Zhao looked at his teammates who were preparing to celebrate and thought as Rad Island loomed closer in the distance.
...
The battle for the Blue Sea Mini World had concluded, but the topic remains the hottest on player forums across servers.
Of course, players are no longer focused on the results of the Rad Island confrontation.
The facts are apparent; the first world server victory belongs to Hua Xia District players.
Many players from other districts are unforgiving, claiming Hua Xia District’s victory was unworthy.
Whether it was the powerful warships or the sudden appearance of a legend, it wasn’t the inherent strength of Hua Xia District players.
Most players criticized Hua Xia District players for having dumb luck, and that if given the chance, they would’ve also secured the victory.
Hua Xia District players refused to be outdone, taunting that the others couldn’t handle losing, and insisted luck is also a form of strength, pointing out that they didn’t have sponsors like the White Dove Chamber of Commerce and Lis!
Well, this sparked an even greater flame war than before.
However, the number of searches on player forums about joining the White Dove Chamber of Commerce skyrocketed.
For players from other districts, if you can’t beat them, join them, which is quite normal.
After all, the factions they joined previously couldn’t match the White Dove Chamber of Commerce in terms of benefits or strength.
...
At Kane Floating City,
Lis looked at the heated arguments on the player forum and nodded in satisfaction.
This is how it should be!
Bad fame is still fame!
Moreover, for players from other districts, it wasn’t the White Dove Chamber of Commerce or he who was at fault, but those ’tricky’ Hua Xia District players.
If they had the same starting line as Hua Xia District players, they would’ve been the winners!
Lis was very supportive of these players’ thoughts.
After all, the more other district players know about and are interested in the White Dove Chamber of Commerce, the greater the chance they’ll join.
To Lis, this is a fresh field of crops waiting to be harvested.
Recently, the number of players choosing to join the White Dove Chamber of Commerce has been increasing, among whom Lis noticed some with naming styles clearly indicating they’re not from the Hua Xia District.
This signifies that people have started traveling from other continents through the world server’s interconnected mini-world channels to Danerluo Port.
To Lis, that’s wonderful news.
"So, you’re asking me to prepare to set up bases around the Phillips Crystal on other continents to recruit those undead?"
"Are those undead really that valuable?"
Mora sat across from Lis, somewhat puzzled, and inquired:
"Their strength is decent, and they can resurrect, but are they worth your attention?"
Mora was a bit confused, while this matter seemed straightforward, reliable personnel are needed, as well as some guards for protection.
Regardless of perspective, it would require a significant amount of effort from the White Dove Chamber of Commerce.
"Just go ahead and do it."
Lis shook his head and responded nonchalantly.
He couldn’t very well tell Mora he needed more players to provide him with experience points.
"Alright then, you’re the boss after all."
Seeing this, Mora didn’t bother to care about it, intending to hand it over to others in the guild.
Having assisted Lis in managing the Danerluo Port territory and the White Dove Chamber of Commerce for several years, he had naturally developed some reliable talents.
"By the way, weren’t you always collecting remnants from various Magic Empires?"
Mora suddenly recalled something, retrieving an extremely worn-out magic book and handing it to Lis.
"It’s what the exploration team retrieved from a relic in a mini world called the Mist Wilderness; appraisers from the guild believe it to be remnants of those Magic Empires."
"However, this magic book was all the exploration team obtained from that relic, and a half of the crew perished in the process, making it quite a dangerous relic."
"I thought you might be interested, so I brought it over for you."
The Mist Wilderness? Relics of an ancient Magic Empire?
Lis heard this and furrowed his brow.
I have no recollection of it at all?
