Season 4: Chapter 201. Troublemakers (2)
At its core, Survival Craft wasn’t a game built for combat. On the server full of streamers, fights worked a little differently. Public sentiment mattered because viewers could give them power.
[Breaking: The Servant Duo vs. ALL the rebels right now lol]
[Servant duo’s camaraderie.jpg]
[Idk why but I’m starting to root for the Knights]
[The Knights’ friendship was real...]
If one created a narrative that moved people, convinced them directly, or simply made them laugh... More viewers would support them, and they would grow stronger.
Radish Servant had gambled on this move. Crowds usually sided with the underdogs. Although the Knights had ruled as the top dogs for a long time, they were the biggest underdogs imaginable right now. What if they refused to back down here and chose to uphold the honor of the Knights instead?
[3. A pure underdog story happening right now.jpg]

The photo showed the two from behind as they faced the incoming horde. Countless enemies were closing in with weapons raised.

└ fr, legendary
└ Cheese Village really made it, huh. How hard did the Knights have to carry? lmao
└ Is it wrong to say... this too is the Lord’s grace...?

Meanwhile, against his will, ForeverAlone had somehow become Zelu’s right-hand man. He was practically the rebel commander.
‘What the hell...? W-We really came this far? Are they seriously planning to kill the Lord?’
They weren’t just fighting for Paprika’s independence anymore, but aiming straight for the capital’s supreme commander.
‘T-This isn’t right...’
However, it was too late to turn back. Given the situation, the role forced onto him was obvious.
‘In the end... it has to be me...’
Clench...!
ForeverAlone gritted his teeth. “I’ll end all our grievances here.”
Someone had to break the chain of hatred. Maybe only he could do it. Great chakra came with great responsibility.
— We’re counting on you, Gi-Chan
— Jung Gi-Chan! Jung Gi-Chan!
— Lackey ForeverAlone can’t hold back now LOL
— Wipe out the Knights fr
— omg he actually became the rebel captain
— No backing out now unless you're not a man FR
[Current Viewers: 189,000]
The viewer count had reached an impossible number. Every single one was anti-Knight, and they all expected ForeverAlone to act. He couldn’t simply abandon that.
‘But how am I supposed to beat the Lord...?’
Even ForeverAlone wasn’t sure what would happen if he actually faced Almond in person.
Zelu cut through his thoughts. “Lord Almond! Get out here now! The Governor’s Office is ours!”
Thump, thud, thump, thud...!
ForeverAlone’s heart pounded wildly, and he squeezed his eyes shut. “I, I can’t help it anymore either! Lord...!”
BANG!
The doors opened.
‘Huh?’
The Lord wasn’t even there. Checking the server list, he hadn’t logged in yet.
Damn, ForeverAlone had panicked for nothing.
‘What... the two of them?’
The Servant Duo were the highest-ranking Knights. The final bulwark of the Knights stood back-to-back and faced everyone alone.
— Scary!
— That confidence lol
— Insane
— Legendary Servant duo
“Let us show you why we earned the title of Servant.”
“When this is over, it’s three hours of lessons, juniors.”
Were they serious? ForeverAlone didn’t get it.
‘Three hours of lessons from them is actually terrifying though.’
Did they actually believe they could win? Were they that delusional?
“You became Servants because you couldn’t pay your debts, you damn underlings.”
Crackle-crackle-crackle...!
The world was cruel, and Zelu was strong. He didn’t even fight himself and conserved his strength for the Lord.
“You can all get your chance for revenge. Cut them down.”
KWAAAAAANG!
A massive charge surged forward. ForeverAlone didn’t move yet. He watched from behind.
How strong were the Servants, really? Even Lackey ForeverAlone didn’t fully know. They had never shown their full power. He simply knew that they wielded the Blacksmith’s peak Masterpiece weapons.
Blades stabbed toward them from every direction.
Potato Servant whispered, “Cry, my spear.”
His spear swept out in a wide crescent arc.
CLAAAAANG!
It deflected every blade at once.
— LMFAOOOOO
— Damn
— It’s like a special skill
— Buffs must be insane, he’s too fast
— This is the power of MONEY
FWOOOOOOSH!
Wind spiraled along the trail of his strike.
BOOM!
The attackers flew back.
Then, Radish Servant slashed down. “Cry, my blade.”
Swoooooosh!
It sounded like space itself had been torn, followed by a blast of wind exploding outward.
KWA-A-A-A-A-AANG!!!
He had cleaved dozens of rebels in half. His weapon possessed a special element.
‘Light.’
His weapon’s true power was the element least vulnerable to counters.
‘Holy... They’re insane.’
Even ForeverAlone found himself stepping further back.
— WTF
— holy shit
— WHEN did they get these moves?
— Money really does solve everything...
— How much funding did they get to be this strong?!
Power, money, and time... All the viewers’ blessings had made them stronger.
— \o/ \o/
— \o/\o/\o/\o/
— \o/\o/
— Win.
— \o/
— LET’S GOOOO
— \o/\o/\o/
Light flashed again.
BOOM!
Wind howled.
“Gah!”
“Th-They’re too strong!”
“What IS that!?”
“U-Use lava! Lava!”
Whoever said the Knights didn’t train was delusional.
ForeverAlone whispered blankly, “This... this is the power of the Servants...?”
Their power went beyond standard limits.
“Servants or whatever, just FIREEEE!”
“MAGMA BEEEEAM!!”
KWA-A-A-A-A-AANG!
The lava shamans launched a combined attack.
HISSSSS!!
Steam exploded everywhere, but the two stood unharmed.
Potato Servant burst out laughing. “Are you idiots? AHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
Of course, lava didn’t work on them. They wore Adamantium.
‘Damn.’
ForeverAlone clenched his teeth. He had to step in too because of the massive chakra he possessed.
‘This sword... Do I really have to use it?’
The Knights had bestowed this sword on him. He’d been the most trusted among the Lackeys. Was it really right to cut down the Knights with it? With the very sword they had given him?
“Guh...!”
“Are we... are we just gonna be slaves again?!”
“D-Damn it!”
Former Knight comrades kept falling.
“Are we really destined to end up as nothing but Fertile Soil!!”
Thump.
ForeverAlone’s heart pounded.
Zelu looked at him. “How long are you going to hesitate, ForeverAlone? Aren’t you going to take that back?”
“T... Take back? Take back what?”
“The forbidden technique, Chikicha. He stole that power from you, didn’t he?”
— LMFAOOOO
— fr
— I’m losing it
— Chikicha is a forbidden art now??
— Teabagging is kind of a forbidden technique ngl
Chikicha... Right, that was my thing.
More comrades died in front of him.
“Yeah.” He squeezed his eyes shut.
Fwooosh...!
His burning house flickered in his mind, and the Lord dancing on top of it even if it was edited.
Flash!
ForeverAlone’s eyes flew open. “What’s wrong is wrong. Hooh.”
Zelu smirked in satisfaction. “Good. Go, ForeverAlone. Show them your strength!”
THUD!
ForeverAlone kicked off and charged. For the first time, his sword left its sheath.
Shing!
A blue blade, yet pure white at the same time, slid free. This masterpiece from the Knights’ head blacksmith scattered into the air and became coldness itself, cutting down the enemy.
[Frost Wind]
Fwooooosh!
As the blue slash swept past, everything froze over.
Adamantium was strong against heat, but not against the cold.
[Freeze]
The ice spread at a terrifying speed and locked down the Servant Duo’s movements.
“W-Wait!?”
“What is this?”
For the first time, a gap opened in the Servant Duo’s defense.
“Dieeeeee!!”
CLANG!
Paprika’s troops slammed a war hammer into the side of Radish Servant’s armor.
“Gah!” Radish Servant flew as the frozen side of his Adamantium armor split open.
Craaaack...!
“Sir Radish Servant!!” Potato Servant’s eyes shook.
— No way...
— Agh...
— What do we do?!
— \o/
— \o/\o/
— Radish Servant, stay strong!!
— \o/\o/\o/\o/
— LET’S GOOOO
— Somehow win this, please...
— We gotta win ffs
Powered by the viewers’ support, Radish Servant’s aura flared back up. His wounds slowly knit back together.
‘The armor... is ruined.’
The damage to his armor remained. At this rate, a few more direct hits would be the end.
“Over here! You bastard!”
BOOM!
With his back exposed, Potato Servant took a hit too. His weapon flew from his hands.
Clink...!
“Urgh!”
Knocked from behind, Potato Servant caught another blunt blow from the front.
WHUD!
“Guhh! D-Damn it!”
His helmet shattered. A rebel stepped up with a raised sword to finish him.
Radish Servant threw himself forward.
THUMP!
He managed to block that one strike, but another rebel swung down at Potato Servant.
BANG!
‘Is this as far as we go?’
Even with all that cheering from the viewers...!
“N-No...!”
“Huh?” Potato Servant was still alive.
‘What the, who?’
Someone stood in front of him. Two more figures had moved to shield him.
[BlackTea]
[Lemon]
“Maid Black Tea...? Lemon Servant?!”
Maid Black Tea glanced back at him for a moment, then raised her spear toward Zelu again.
Whip.
Her masterpiece was wreathed in crimson flames.
[Black Flame Spear]
This was the head blacksmith’s greatest offensive weapon. The Lord had given it to the one who fought best, Maid Black Tea. He’d told her to become his spear. And that spear now stood on the Lord’s side at the most dangerous moment.
“If we end it here, everyone walks out of this alive.”
Fwooosh...!
As Maid Black Tea reset her grip, scarlet flames bloomed at her speartip.
“You’ve got to be kidding me, Maid Black Tea?!” Zelu sounded genuinely dumbfounded. “You, the poster child sucker from Episode 4! And you’re going back to the Knights!?”
— LOL TRUE
— I’ve seen this scene somewhere
— omg
— Black Tea is just a loyalty monster
— I’m crying
— ??? I... I’m staying with the Knights.
— unhinged
— lmaooo
“You saw everything he did! Black Tea! He burned you! Again! And again! He made everyone fertile, and then shoved a spear in your hand to keep using you!!” Zelu practically coughed out blood as he ranted.
“I don’t care!” Maid Black Tea yelled back. “Until the shareholders’ meeting is over, nobody gets into the office. Deal with it.”
Whip!
She spun her spear into a ready stance.
“Deeeal with it~ Hehehe!” Lemon raised her shield and took her position too.
“Y-You maniacs...”
As everyone froze in shock, Radish Servant and Potato Servant staggered to their feet.
“R-Radish Servant? All the Knights are assembled, sir!”
Radish Servant nodded. “Looks like it.”
He tore off his cracked side armor and reset his grip on his sword.
Then, he shouted, “Knights! Our objective is to hold the office! Until the Lord arrives!”
“Yes, sir!!!”
Click!
All four of them completely locked down the entrance.
— Godddd
— YES
— THE TEAS
— OUR Knights
— What are these guys...?
— LOL
— Wow...
— Who are you people and why are you making me root for you?
