Season 4: Chapter 196. Knights (5)
Bzzt.
The screen transitioned, and the narration continued, “After forming the Knights of Almond, they headed to the farmers’ market together. The Union was waiting for them there.”
Wheeeeee...
The Union stood there as music from a Western movie played.
Dun-dun.
This was their home turf. They all stood with confident expressions.
“The Lord of the Knights is arriving!” Potato Servant shouted as the Knights made their entrance.
— Lmao
— What is this? lol
— That iron armor though
— Wow
[The Knights made a flashy entrance for a reason.]
Bzzt.
An interview with a resident flashed quickly by.
“Yeah, I saw them then. They all wore iron armor. Wow... I heard they give you iron armor if you join the Knights.”
Another interview followed.
“I was so jealous.”
Even a member of the Union commented, “Iron armor? Where did they get that? It was incredible.”
Bzzt.
The screen returned to the farmers’ market.
Donuts stepped forward in front of the loudly arriving Knights. “Hehe. Lord of the Knights, huh? That’s a grand title. In reality, aren't you just jobless?”
He snorted and sneered. Behind him, Horn Ramen and the MiddleAgedDetective appeared as well.
“We’re already farmers, you see.”
“Forget being a farmer, what even is your class? Aren’t you just jobless?”
“How are you any different from a room hermit~.”
At the Union’s attack, Sweet Potato suddenly stepped forward and screamed at the top of his lungs, “How daaaaaaaaare you!!”
— ??
— Lmao
— LOL
— What is this? lol
“In whose presence do you stand! How dare mere serfs insult the Knights of Almond!”
“Wh-What? Serfs? You little underling!” Donuts flared up in anger.
“I’ve been told that if you’re going to be a servant, do it for a great lord’s house. You damn serf!”
“No, I mean, where are there serfs here? More importantly, Black Tea.” Donuts turned toward Black Tea. “How can you be like this? Huh?”
[The Union begins to brand Black Tea as a traitor.]
“The ones who came when I was in danger were the Knights. Not the Union.”
“Wh-What?”
“Even Green Tea and White Chicken, who were with me, ran away. Only the Knights fought for me! Not you guys!!”
Suddenly, Horn Ramen stepped forward. “We didn't know the monsters would go to your house!”
— Lmao
— ??? Because I didn't know we'd achieve independence!
— lol how can they go if they didn't know? for real
— Crazy lol this happens here?
— Is this the same thing from the trailer??
MiddleAgedDetective also stepped out. “However, there is something...”
The narration followed. “The Union had an ace up their sleeve. They knew exactly what kind of trick Almond had pulled.”
“How did Lord Almond know!? Why~~ did he go to Black Tea’s house instead of the Radish House! And why did Lord Almond know so quickly!?” MiddleAgedDetective adjusted his hat and pointed at someone. “The culprit is you! Almondoyle!!”
— Wow
— This! Lol it really is the one from the trailer lol
— Where did the rain go??
— It was so dramatic in the trailer lol
— What is this? I was fooled lol
— You’re telling me he said that in such peaceful weather looking like he was on a picnic? lol
The viewers reacted as if they’d been tricked because the atmosphere was quite different from the Episode 3 trailer. However, the viewership didn't drop as the content was undoubtedly interesting.
“You sold the land around Radish House, didn't you? You even sold it to Big Farm! And in a way that wouldn't show on the transaction records! Quite intentional, wasn't it?”
Horn Ramen attacked even more excitedly. “Maid Black Tea, you were set up. These guys put you in danger and rescued you so they could control you!”
MiddleAgedDetective added from the side, “You were gaslighted!!”
Dun-dun...!
The music shifted. A close-up showed Maid Black Tea’s wavering eyes. The three excited Union members reflected in her eyes.
“Come back to us! Black Tea!”
“That’s right! Our Union is no longer just a Union!”
“We have been reborn not just as a player union, but a true farmer union now!”
They took turns speaking excitedly before shouting in unison.
“We are the Nong! Hyup! Union!”
Dun-dun.
Giant characters popped out as special effects.
“Mr. Donuts.” At that moment, Almond squeezed through all the other players. “Were you part of the Union?”
— ?
— ???
— Ah this lol
[That was it. Almond didn't know Donuts was even part of the Union. Donuts had simply fallen for the Potato Illusion alone and held a grudge against him.]
— Lmao
— LOL
— HAHA
Numerous interviews with the Union members followed.
“Pffft...”
“No, you're telling me he was shadowboxing alone and still lost?”
“What even is the Potato Illusion?”
“Ah... seriously... It was pathetic.”
“It was just funny? Hehehe...!”
Everyone felt either confused or couldn't hold back their laughter.
Bzzt.
The screen changed to an interview. A close-up of Donuts’ expression appeared.
[How did you feel at the time?]
This question floated above Donuts.
He pondered for a moment. “Is this also a strategy from him?”
His expression looked dead serious.
— Lmao
— LOL
— HAHA this old man for real lol
— How long is he going to shadowbox? lol
Bzzt.
The interview screen changed to Black Tea.
[What did you think when you met the Union again?]
Black Tea whispered, “It’s a bit much to say this, but... it was... a bit... embarrassing?”
— LOL
— Oh...
— The finishing blow lol
“Ah. Suddenly, the Knights looked great. Those three old men shouting the Union’s name like that... Ha...”
— LOL
— So that was it lol
— HAHA
— Those old men lol
[Did you not originally plan to stay with the Knights?]
“Originally, I planned to go back, but I lost my affection for the Union...! Everything was just...”
— lol
— It had the opposite effect lol
— lol
— Hahaha
[Did you want to stay even though the Knights tricked you?]
“I already knew that part.” Maid Black Tea appeared in a close-up. She raised her head and said with certainty, “But I still wanted to hear the answer. Directly from the Knights.”
Bzzt.
The scene returned to the farmers’ market.
“Black Tea, tell us. Are you going to stay with the Knights even after knowing this?!”
The Union continued to provoke her.
Black Tea looked at Almond and the Servants. “Do you... have anything to say about this?”
The Servants couldn't meet her eyes and looked away.
Almond said, “Even if you go back, just keep the Fertile Soil and iron armor.”
Dun~
Lyrical music began to play. Maid Black Tea’s eyes wavered.
— You should cry now.
— Black Tea-ya T_T
— Are you getting fooled again lol
— That guy couldn't take the Fertile Soil anyway lol
— Crazy, this again lol
A close-up showed Black Tea biting her lip. Then, she said, “I’m staying with the Knights.”
She declared her stance as the music reached a crescendo.
Black Tea raised her voice. “Even if the start was wrong, these people were sincere to me. They gave me an iron set and even gave me Fertile Soil!!”
The music reached its absolute climax and briefly subsided.
“That’s why I’m staying with the Knights.”
Pa-pa-pa-pam!
Almond and the Servants all smiled warmly as the grand music soared. It looked like a scene from a shonen manga showing warm friendship. However, the inserted interview audio was completely different.
“I fooled her.”
“Nice, Lord.”
“Like this?”
The scene remained warm, bright, and glowing with everyone smiling. It played out in slow motion.
Slowly nodding, the Knights accepted their new member.
“That’s it, Maid Black Tea.”
“Become family.”
The Servants, in particular, looked extremely satisfied.
— Lmao
— LOL
— Hahaha
— Potato Servant looks the happiest now that he has a junior lol
The Knights raised their arms and laughed brightly. Sunlight poured down as Black Tea ran toward them and became a Knight.
“Wooooooo!”
The villagers congratulated them.
“Cool! Knights!”
“Black Tea is so cool!”
— Lmao
— Don't go!
— STAY...
— lol
— This is practically a horror movie lol
— This truly is a healing game lol
The five Knight members hugged each other.
Thud.
The screen went dark.
[Welcome to Cheese Village!]
[Ep.4 The Knights]
The main part of Episode 4 ended there.
— Ah, I’m not visiting
— Wow
— End
— Perfect ending lol
— Black Tea is currently covering her face and sobbing lol
Bzzt.
The screen went dark for a moment. Then, noise could be heard again. Grand music began to play for the next trailer.
Du-dun~ Dun~
Red letters appeared on a black background.
[He who seeks to monopolize the iron mine.]
Zelu and Choco Shroom laughed excitedly.
“Heaven helps those who help themselves.”
“Hehehe.” Choco Shroom laughed deviously as Zelo wrote something down.
Du-dung!
The letters filled the screen.
[The Union never forgets. The Union never forgives.]
Bzzt.
The dark screen slowly revealed Almond’s avatar.
[Stronger than anyone!]
[More evil than anyone!]
[Whatever you imagine...]
The close-up focused on Almond’s triangle smile.
“Is it this?”
He pressed a button.
Click.
[An even greater terror is coming!]
At that moment, the music suddenly changed to a choir’s chorus. “Ahhhhhhh! Ahhh! Ah!”
KABOOOOM!
Zelu and Choco Shroom exploded. The flames of the explosion slowly consumed them. Their every changing expressions had been captured frame by frame.
— Lmao
— What is this? lol
— It’s Almond again? lol
— How many has he killed? lol
[This summer, an all-time great villain is born!]
“Ahhhhh!”
“Ahhh!”
As the choir’s chorus grew more intense, the screen changed.
Whoosh!
Flames rose everywhere. In the midst of it, Almond’s avatar continued dancing. He looked like a madman. Naturally, this was entirely edited.
— lol there was something like this?? lol
— lol
— It’s not summer and he’s not a villain lol
— Are they just making fake stuff now? lol
— Last time they made it rain lol
— Is he Grindelwald? lol
— Wow
— Joker lol
“Aaaaaagh!”
“H-Help me! Help... Aaaaaagh!”
The Union members were burning. This part was real.
Horn Ramen crawled along the ground. “I... I just wanted to live.”
In the close-up of his eyes, a massive head reflected.
The man in iron armor whispered, “Chiki-cha.”
Thump!
A foot kicked the camera hard, and the music reached its climax.
KABOOOOM!!
[Next Episode]
The screen went dark.
“He’s...” Horn Ramen could be heard. “... a devil.”
In the flames, Almond stood with his back facing the camera.
“He’ll burn us all.”
The choir’s desperate chorus echoed, “Ahhhhhhhhhh!”
Bang!
As the music reached its end and fell silent, a final whisper flowed out. “Until everything turns to ashes.”
Ssssss...!
A wind, mixed with black ashes, quietly blew.
[Ep.5 Ashes]
After that, the screen went dark as the trailer ended.
— Wow
— No, what? lol
— A healing game??? lol
— Welcome to Cheese Village! <<< Like if this is the biggest lie ever lol
— Horn Ramen’s screen time is insane, all he did was get beaten up lol
— The choir at the end sounds like they’re begging to kill that devil...
— Crazy lol
— What’s with Almond’s protagonist energy? lol he’s a beast
— Wow lol
— The production team has reached the level of just creating the trailer from scratch lol
Countless chat messages continued even after the video ended. The embargo lift had succeeded. On this day, Lackey ForeverAlone’s stream broke record-breaking numbers.
